Yes!

Isaiah was born into a cycle of pain. Raised in a family marked by the deep scars of addiction and religious abuse, he grew up with more questions than answers. Alcohol became a refuge, then a trap. By the time he arrived at Short Creek Dream Center, he was alone, broken, and numb.

But that wasn’t the end of his story.

With the support of a trauma-informed team, he began to unpack the layers of generational dysfunction. The early days were hard—filled with honesty, accountability, and painful truths. But day by day, something shifted.

He started showing up. For himself. For others.

Today, Isaiah volunteers his time helping new residents. He’s working on long-term recovery goals and rebuilding relationships he thought were lost forever. He’s learning to lead with integrity, compassion, and strength.

You can be the reason a man like him finds hope again.

When you give to the Short Creek Dream Center you’re investing in the power of healing, the strength of community, and the possibility of redemption.
